More than
photos.
Their stories.

More Life helps you gather their stories, not just store photos. Guided interviews draw out memories from the people who loved them—the everyday moments, the laughter and the life behind the pictures.

A place for memories.

Marcus Elijah Reed1948—2024

Made of small moments

“He’d play the same four bars before every lesson. Said it was how the piano knew it was him.”

An illustrative memory · no recording

We help you ask. They help you remember.

“What’s something about him the family probably doesn’t know — or doesn’t know the way you do?”

How did you two first cross paths?

What’s a memory that’s been on your mind?

Take me to one time that happened.

How it
works

Private by default. You decide what gets shared. The people you invite need no app or account—just a private link and a memory to tell.

See how it works in detail
i.

Invite everyone who loved them

A sibling, an old teammate, a neighbor. Gather the stories only they can tell, alongside photographs and written memories.

ii.

Give the memories a way back

Nate or Rachelle guides an interview, one question at a time. People can type their memories or record them in their own voice. Interview allowances depend on your plan.

iii.

You approve what’s shared

By default, submitted memories wait for your review. Choose what appears on the memorial, and whether to make it public. Nothing about creating a memorial makes it public automatically.

A note from the founder

Why More Life exists

Celebration, not commemoration. A life is more than its dates and photographs. It is the things they said, the ways they made people laugh, and the stories a friend remembers differently from a sibling. More Life helps you ask for those stories and bring them together—with your family in control of what is shared.

Living Legacy · While they still can

Ask them now.
In their own words.

Let them tell their own story while they still can. Living Legacy gives someone you love a private, unhurried interview, one question at a time. They can type or record their answers, skip questions, edit or delete anything—and decide when their own words are ready to share.

They decide.

Nothing is shared until they read their chapter and approve it. They can withdraw approval later.

You publish.

You choose whether the approved chapter appears on their life-story page.

Some words wait.

Their "Share after I’m gone" section stays hidden until you confirm they have passed.

Included with The Legacy ($300 once). In this preview billing is test-only: Living Legacy is switched on just for test accounts with The Legacy, and no real payment is taken.

What families
ask

How do guided interviews help gather stories?

Nate or Rachelle asks questions one at a time to help someone you invite recall specific moments, not just write a summary. They can type their answers or record their voice. AI follow-up questions use typed answers; recordings are kept in their own words, not automatically transcribed. The free plan includes one completed guided interview. Paid plans have larger interview allowances.

Can we gather memories from everyone who loved them?

Yes. Invite family, friends and anyone who knew them through private contribution links. They do not need an account to add written memories or photographs. Guided interviews are subject to your plan’s allowance.

Who decides what gets shared?

Your memorial starts private. By default, submitted memories wait for your review, and you choose what to approve and whether to make the memorial public. You can explicitly turn on automatic guestbook approval or allow a trusted contributor to publish timeline entries directly; those entries do not wait for individual review. For Living Legacy, the person must approve their own chapter before you can publish it.

Can we delete it later?

Yes. You can delete a memorial from its settings. Deleted memorials currently have a 30-day recovery window; deletion does not recall copies someone has already downloaded.

Can they tell their own story while they are still here?

Living Legacy is a private interview for a living person, included with The Legacy. They can type or record answers, skip questions, edit or delete anything, and approve their chapter before you choose to publish it. In this preview, it is available only to test accounts with activated Legacy access; choosing a pending Legacy plan does not unlock it.

Is there a subscription?

No. You can start with a free memorial. The paid plans are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. For now, this early preview offers free memorials only: paid-plan selections are saved as pending requests, and no live payment is taken. A one-time plan is not a guarantee of perpetual hosting.

Can we add a QR headstone plaque?

Yes. The Legacy, including Living Legacy, includes one engraved, weather-resistant QR headstone plaque per memorial; $8.95 US shipping is payable separately. On other plans, including free, and for additional plaques, it is $50 plus $8.95 US shipping. Ordering is currently a test flow only: no real order is placed or charged, and manufacturer and delivery timing are not confirmed.
